Return Conditions


  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition that you received them, unused, and in their original packaging. Proof of invoice number/reference is also required.
  • Custom and Special Orders: Items that have been customised or specially ordered may not be eligible for a return due to the bespoke nature of these products. However, if there is an issue with your custom order, please reach out to us to discuss possible solutions.
  • Damaged or Faulty Items: If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately. We will prioritise resolving these issues, which may include replacement, repair, or refund, depending on your preference and the item's availability.


How to Initiate a Return


  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@coggin-sos.co.uk or call 01995 606414. Please provide your invoice number/reference and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorisation: Our team will review your return request and, upon approval, will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
  3. Shipping: Please note that return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective or not as described. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for higher value items.


Refunds and Exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and we will send a request for you bank details which must display the account name, account number and sort code. For exchanges, please specify the item you wish to receive in exchange.
